Winter’s Knight page 14

I heard today that there’s a big coffee table book coming out of Bob Peak’s work. If you don’t know Bob, you’ll know his iconic film posters for the likes of Superman: The Movie, Star Trek the Motion Picture, Apocalypse Now and Rollerball, and of course my favourite film – Excalibur. So if you’re unfamiliar with Bob Peak do yourself a favour and check out his stuff. I think a bit of Peak’s found itself into this comic page, because the colours have gone pretty lurid, which is a bit of a trademark of his (particularly clashing reds and magentas together).

  2. Hi Rob,Lovin’ your work.Do you sell any of it?Also any idea when fifty goodies will be up for grabs? And will there ne a baddies part 2?Cheers,Mark

  3. Hi Mark,I sold fifty baddies, the only thing I’ve got round to selling. Is there anything you think would be worth printing?I’ve got 13 goodies left to do – probably around a month’s time hopefully, as for fifty baddies 2, I’d never say never, but I’m quite liking the idea of doing Monsters next…

  4. Wow! Amazing stuff, found you through Heck Tate 🙂 also reminds me slightly of Samurai Jack. Was tempted to click ‘like’ on every picture B) think you might also like Renaud Forestié.
